A Perfectly Good Man

On Mazey Day in Penzance, amidst celebrations by the sea, a young man makes a grim resolution and summons parish priest Barnaby Johnson. Barnaby lives in nearby Pendeen with his steadfast wife Dot and their daughter Carrie. Well-liked and well-known, Barnaby is a man who always tries to do the right thing. Perhaps married life isn't quite as blissful as it once was, and perhaps the family didn't turn out quite as expected, but Barnaby is still a good man in a difficult, complicated world.
