Peninsular Malaysia 

5-10 Working Days Courier Shipping

For orders within Klang Valley, we provide a courier service with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

East Malaysia (Sarawak, Sabah, Labuan)

Regrettably, we are unable to ship to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Courier Services

We collaborate with third-party couriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a consignment note and live tracking information. Please note that tracking status may not be updated or may experience slight delays as most couriers update their tracking status on the next processing day.

Ensuring an On-Time Delivery

To guarantee prompt delivery, kindly furnish precise and comprehensive delivery details, including the recipient's name and contact numbers. If the delivery is destined for a workplace, kindly include the business name. Throughout the ordering process, you have the option to designate an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace or a friend's location.

Kindly note that delivery timeframes and charges are subject to variation based on the availability of the ordered items and your location. Deliveries beyond the Klang Valley metro area may incur additional time. Please be advised that we neither accept orders from nor deliver to addresses outside Malaysia, hence it is imperative to ensure the completeness and accuracy of your delivery address.

In the event that no one is available at your address to accept the delivery, we retain the right to deem the delivery rejected. Consequently, the order will be held at our fulfillment center for self-collection.

Returns and refund policy.

If the book you received is damaged or an incorrect item or you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service at XXXXXXXX. We will be happy to help resolve any issues you may have with your order. If you wish to return a book to us, please contact us within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the book. Items returned as a result of an error on our part will receive a full refund. Items returned to us that were not the result of an error on our part, including items returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, will be refunded the original item price excluding any shipping cost. Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order. All items will be inspected upon return, we ask that you please make sure the books are packed carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
